Layer 1; Add echo so sounds like repeated footsteps. Lower bass and treble. Add reverb to make it sound softer. Amplify so it sounds softer.

Heartbeat in Head.wav

HEARTBEAT IN HEAD.WAVHOLLYWOOD EDGE. SOUND DESIGN TOOL KIT [DISC 5]

Layer 1: Cut and paste single beat so sounds like heartbeat. Paste multiple times. Spread clips out so matches heartbeat speed and put a glitched beat. Add fade out on each clip so they sound more muted and inside your body like a heartbeat.
Layer 2: Copy heartbeat sound and add Paulstretch so sound is stretched and is used as ambience.
Then copy and paste the sound a few times so it takes up full timeline length.

THE EDGE – VOLUME 2 [DISC 1 & 3]

Layer 1:  Cut some beeps. Changed speed so beeps weren’t as fast. Changed Pitch so it matched back to normal sound as speed was changed.
Layer 2: Cut to fit into beeps. Amplify to lower levels so it matched beeps

THE EDGE – VOLUME 2 [DISC 1 & 3]

Layer 1: Cut so 4 breathes in each bar duplicate 3 times, add an extra breathe and arrange randomly so looks natural.
Layer 2: Change speed so its slower. Duplicate 2 times. Arrange so matches with breathes
Layer 3: Amplify so doesn’t overwhelm breathing.

THE EDGE – VOLUME 2 [DISC 1 & 3]

Layer 1: Cut end and Fade out. Duplicate layer and Change speed so fast to replicate how MRI sounds and merge so they have no gap between them. Amplify so it sounds less loud
Layer 2: Position just before layer 1 kicks in and duplicate and put at very end.
Layer 3: Cut so theres only a click of sound. Change clip speed and Change pitch so its is the same as an MRI scan (Sounds like gunfire). Duplicate around ten times place together and duplicate that and move it to a bit later in the timeline.
Layer 4: Amplify so it’s less loud.
